Whole Food Nutrition

As someone who has lived a life with mental & physical illness, it hurts my heart to see others suffering, and on top of it being told their only option is medication.
There are more options!
I am proof positive!
The key with any treatment is believing in it and having a positive mindset.
Not once in my life have I gone into a situation with a negative mindset and come out with a positive outcome. With that said, I want to talk to you about Whole Food Nutrition, and Juice Plus. (It is not Juice - common misconception ;-)
I don't want to sell to you.
My goal is to educate you, and have you benefit from Whole Food Nutrition as my son & I are.
Let's start with,
What is Whole Food Nutrition? Phytonutrients. Antioxidants. Folate, Vitamins A, C, and E. Fruits. Berries. Vegetables.
...A huge salad bar in capsules. (I enjoy this imagery lol)
Unlike multivitamins, Juice Plus+ contains juice powders from 17 fruits, vegetables and grains, and therefore provides a far gre…

Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

I just made this recipe and thought it was delish! As well, the house smelled yummy lol Thought y'all might be interested in the recipe :-)
Ok, to start,
I brown the meat with the onions, garlic, and then add the wine to finish it off. I also add the salt & pepper at this time. Everything else goes in after this "process".
Here's your ingredients:
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground sea salt & pepper
4 oz Organic Mushrooms
19 oz can Organic Fire roasted Tomatoes with Medium Green Chili's
14 oz Organic Tomato Sauce
5.5 oz Organic Tomato Paste
1/2 cups Red (Cooking) Wine
Water to thin
1 lb2 Organic Beef (We get all of the Organic Ingredients mentioned above at Costco as they are things we use a lot of and bulk qtys are less expensive.) Make your favorite noodles with this sauce and enjoy!!! Until next time folks,
Live. Laugh. Love! :-) ♡

Life since my last post has been... A whirlwind to say the least! Buuut in a positive way! :-) I believe the last time I truly shared my life was when I moved into my vehicle and was sick... We moved back in with my parents. I apologized for my execution, but not my point. ...things seem to be better... so long as I don't try to quit smoking again lol  We finally got a colonoscopy and endoscopy, and are back to square 1. We still have no idea why I have chronic small intestine inflammation, a hiatal hernia, and a lump in my intestinal track.  My best guess is that it all has something to do with my Chronic D Deficiency. Problem is, we have no idea why I have the deficiency - normal causes aren't the reason.
it is what it is :-) Next item would be; I started & ended a new job. It was a "sales associate" position at one of the local gas stations... The best way to sum up my time there: I feel it was meant to happen so as that I could make a couple of great new fri…

Happy Canada Day!

My parents are with our family in Toronto for this Canada Day. I am a tad jealous, to say the least ;-) Though I have lived in the States since 1993, I am Canadian - still have a green card, which INS is starting to push me to get my US citizenship.
Why wouldn't you?
Because I am Canadian. If it weren't for my son who's father lives in Colorado, I would move back to Canada... There is something about my home country that will always hold my heart ♡So to all of my fellow Canadians,
Happy Canada Day!!!
Go out with fresh eyes and appreciate the beautiful country you live in, and can call your own. Be thankful you are in Canada, and not a war torn country. Be grateful as there are so many of us whom long for home ♡ Live. Laugh. Love.
Go Canada!!! ;-)
